so I am happy to have this "new" source
I had used Acquerello rice for some time before ordering it on this recent occasion, so I knew what to expect. My original supplier no longer handles it, so I am happy to have this "new" source. It is an excellent rice and easy to prepare. I served recently for guests who also enjoyed it.
