Q: it does have a pocket clip! responds well to sharpening?

It has a great clip.. Have not had to tighten it so far.. I use this blade everyday at work.. One day I forgot to take it with me and threw off my whole day. I initially thought I would return it being made in China. But it doesn't bother me too much anymore. I have definitely and still getting moneys worth!
