These work perfect for what they intended. I used them to bring a few different battery rings together from different devices and they do find for that. They say it can handle up to 150 Amps, and I have only ever pumped just over a hundred amps through it and it never even got warm so the metal is the correct thickness to handle 150 amps likely.Here are some pro-tips to keep them good as new!1. If you are an environment that is subject to salt, or direct sunlight or both, add some Armor All or 303 protectant to the plastic to keep it from cracking and having to replace it in a year or two. Make sure to do this on the base and the cover both.2. Always treat the studs themselves with Battery Terminal Protector Spray (any kind is good). I am not sure of the metal being used on these and they could have corrosion possibly, I am not sure because I treated everything with anti corrosive spray and haven't had a problem.3. Do not overtighten because the torquing can cause the busbar plastic to crack near the screws (don't ask how I know).I hope this helps!!!!!!

Item was fine but I returned because I misjudged the size of the terminal strip. I wanted something less noticeable and didn't need this high current carrying capability.

If you need these just pull the trigger - great quality, easy install and they really cleaned up my RV electrical bay.

This is a good beefy + / - buss bar for doing 12V work. I'm happy with it.

Look. Recoil is like Rockville. It’s not a bad product. You just have to really look into every single aspect of the product you’re looking at before you buy it because it’s not exactly what it seems. If you don’t, you’re going to come up short somewhere most likely. This distribution block is supposed to have 3/8” posts and they are 1/4”. It’s supposed to handle 150 amps and it handles 100 amps. Is it a bad distribution block? No. It’s actually pretty well built from what I can see. It just falls short of my expectations and needs and in my opinion it was described inaccurately. Now I’m stuck with it because it’s going to cost me almost as much in gas and time to drive it to a shipping facility when it shouldn’t cost me a penny.

Works as it should

So I wanted to get color coded bus bars to use as speaker terminals because my subwooferd are inverted and need to be wired externally and since they are all paralleled this works perfectly. The red ones have larger nuts and bolts for the cover and the terminals you can't put these together wrong.

This product is well constructed. Fom the plastic cover to the block connection points, Good spacing between points. I'm buying a second one. Using in a battery box to power my dish finder and other devices.
