COMFORT:I got this couch when I was 38 weeks pregnant. Our old couch was hard for me to get in and out of and I had it! This couch is just the right height and it isn’t one that will swollen you. The lounge section is perfect for stretching out and honestly I’m surprised at how comfy the cushions are.CUSHIONS: The cushion seems to be shifting in the cases a little but I’m sure I can remedy that by removing them occasionally, fluffing them, and putting them back in.ASSEMBLY:At 38 weeks pregnant I was overwhelmed when the couch came in 3 giant boxes, they had a some damage to them as well, one of the boxes I could actually see the couch fabric. It had me worried but let me tell you— putting this thing together was not a problem! It was EASY! Way easy.FABRIC: And I didn’t notice any fabric blemishes. So now I have a one month old and the couch fabric has already seen spit up and all the lovely things that come with a new baby. I have spot cleaned the fabric several times and it doing great!OVERALL:If you have a family and you’re not ready to spend 4K on a couch, this is a great option. I think it will survive my toddlers and I’m so happy with the price.CONCERNS:The arms and back attach with a latch like feature. The back is against a wall for us, but I do worry about the arms surviving my kids using it as a horse saddle. So we’ve made it clear we can’t do that…. It kids are rough on things so time will tell. I would rate the couch overall a 8/10 on sturdiness but the arms I might rate a 6/10.LOOKS:It is exactly as pictured. Very handsome couch. I like it a lot.

I waited a few weeks to submit this review so that I would have a good idea of the value of this sofa. First off, the shipping was CRAZY fast! I ordered this sofa on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday, 2 weeks sooner than the estimated delivery time! Assembly was fairly easy. I am a small 60 year old woman and I was able to unpack and assemble this myself in less than 45 minutes. I did unpack the cushions the evening before so that they would have plenty of time fluff up before I put the cushion covers on them. I recommend ironing the cushion covers before you put them on as they come pretty wrinkled and the sofa looked sloppy until I removed and ironed them. The seat cushions are OK, but as others have said the back cushions are pretty thin. They have to be because anything thicker would take up too much of the seat space. The photos make this sofa look much more "substantial" or bigger than it actually is. This is a sofa for small people! I am 5'2" so it's OK for me. I can sit down and my feet easily reach the floor, but anyone taller or much bigger will find the seat area too small. When I lay down on it, while the length is good, the width of the seat is narrow and not very comfortable. I bought this sofa so that my dog and I could cuddle up on it this winter. She loves to lay on the chaise, but that is really the only comfortable part of this sofa. As they say, you get what you pay for and this sofa was pretty cheap. I do like the color and material, but I doubt it would stand up to any real use by a family, let alone children!. I seriously considered sending it back but considering the cost of return shipping and the thought of trying to get it all back into the boxes I've decided to keep it for now, or until I can find someone that wants a sofa for looks alone.

This couch is not of the BEST quality but it will do for my son's first apartment. It is the perfect size for the space but not spongy like I would have liked it. It was not very hard to assemble but you need to make SURE to snap the back into place or you will easily break the back. The biggest problem, that made me want to send it back is the stuffing for the pillows is not true to size. I have one seat cushion that has saggy air and makes the seat look horrible because it doesn't fit. If the s/h wasn't so expensive to return, I would have opted for another couch. I hid the pillow as best as I could with a throw and some pillows. Overall, it's for a student aprtment or for someone who has a tight budget.

Received this couch in three separate large boxes. Two boxes received on one day and then one box two days later. It’s not bad. Assembly was easy and it’s a well thought out couch. Velcro on one side of cushions - seat and back cushion so they don’t move around. The chaise is just a separate ottoman under a long cushion on top but you can’t tell by looking at the couch. I ordered the khaki color and it’s really nice. The size is good for a limited space. I emailed the seller because I thought I was missing pieces but they emailed me within hours and assured me the pieces were coming and sent pictures with tracking informationso I received good customer service. We weren’t looking for a long term couch just something for now when the kids are young. Time will tell but I am satisfied for now. I didn’t have issues with cushions being flat but I also unpacked them from the plastic and they had a chance to puff up for about 48 hours. The cushions are firm and you don’t get swallowed in the couch. It’s roomy enough for a family of four without being squished next to each other. The nailheads are a nice touch and give the couch some class. The storage is not deep but a nice bonus. It’s not Ethan Allen furniture but it looks decent and functional for now.

This is a nice looking couch. It was very easy to put together. However it is extremely uncomfortable! I only got this couch because my hallway is too narrow to have a nice couch delivered.

So you get what you pay for. With that being said, this couch was only $700 and it’s totally great for the price. If you have a small place and not a huge family this is an EPIC deal. I personally feel it’s worth it. No complaints yet, we just got it a couple days ago. Easy to assemble, fast delivery, and it’s just a great couch considering how affordable it is

Couch came in 3 damaged boxes. One cushion cover was ripped, and two zippers broken. Two cushions did not expand. Not comfortable for adults/ families. Great size for apartment, college students, or kids.
