Delicious and easy to use.
I love this stuff, and can't find it in my grocery store any more. I use it on boneless pork ribs and it gets rave reviews.

Gently spicy and delicious
I love this coating for an easy coat and bake option for chicken. I’ve also used it on pork chops. Savory with a hint of sweetness, a good amount of peanuts and spices. I can not find this where I currently live and it’s well worth buying online.

You MUST try this on chicken!
Awesome flavor! I have been using this product for years and love, love, love it! You make it just like shake n bake, or you can put it on a plate, rinse the chicken and pat it in, flipping both sides. It gives a nice little kick of flavor. Not too spicey but every now and then it seems its hotter than the other packets. Once you try it, you will love it.

Fantastic Product!
We used to be able to purchase this in the local grocery stores but it's been years now since we've seen it. Fortunately, we found it on Amazon and LOVE this product! It's great as a "shake and bake" for salmon; my favorite way to prepare salmon anymore. It's also great on chicken. Although it says it's a spicy peanut bake, it's not really spicy at all! Quite tasty! I highly recommend this to anyone!

Availability
We kept purchasing this cooking addition when it was available in the stores (Gordon Food Service). When COVID hit, the product was no longer available. However, we found it on Amazon and have continued to order it. It is the perfect coating for most meats. I would highly recommend it for additional flavoring for pork, chicken and any appropriate meats.

Fantastic!
I use this mix to make lettuce wraps. I don’t use meat. I dice tofu small and toss it with the peanut bake mix. Fry until crispy then add (everything chopped small) green onions, water chestnuts, fresh ginger, peanuts, cilantro and then mix in sesame ginger dressing. Everyone wraps their own in lettuce. Family favorite.
