Excellent product, my wife has a lot of digestive problems and seem to be doing a great job of helping her control them.

I have had terrible gas and bloating for about 2 years, tried acidophilus before but never worked, so I thought they were no good, tried many different brands and I gave up. But you know how it is, i was desperate, fed up of feeling like crap all the time, tired gassy and bloated, and my gas spells terrible. I weight train so take a lot of protein, that makes it worse, thought I was lactose intolerant but even after taking lactase pills I would still get bad. I tried everything, but eventually ended up doing a full circle and trying acidophilus again but was going to stick to it for a long time, see if that helps. Well within 1 week my stomach was the flattest it's been in years, and at the end of the day too. I really can't believe it, hardly any gas, just what you could call a normal amount, but it doesn't smell, it has firmed my stools, and I go less regular now which is a good thing as I would poop 4 times a day and would have to brush the toilet every time. A lot of info yes, but if your looking to take these then you are probably in the same boat as me lol. I hope they work as well for any body who buys them as they have for me, the reviews seem to suggest they have. Whether other probiotics are fake or just not strong enough I don't know but they should all be like this. I'm so happy I could cry, it's changed my life. Thankyou

I suffer from an extremely sluggish digestive system due to a medical condition and decided to try some probiotics to see if they would help. I had previously tried the probiotic drinks in their varying guises from the supermarket but never felt they had any real effect. I have been taking these for a few weeks once a day and do feel that my digestion has improved slightly. It is not a drastic improvement but as I have an underlying disorder working against me I wasn't expecting a miracle, I do seem to be digesting things slightly better/faster and feel better the days after eating things that would have caused pain and bloating before. They are very small tablets so easy to take, they do have a very savoury almost yeasty taste to them which is only detectable if you keep them in your mouth too long. These did cause me to have a very sore stomach for the first few days after I started taking them. I almost stopped taking them but persevered and it only lasted a maximum of 4/5 days and I don't have any pain now, I guess it was just my system getting used to them. They are great value as at one a day there is a 4 month supply in one pot. I would recommend and will be re purchasing in a few months.

This seems to have the intended results and have had good results ie my tummy is pleased taking these and seems to help my tummy digest easily and good results. I have also bought separately the prebiotic included in this formulation and take them as desired. Inulin. I bought another probiotic brand to try, but had to stop it early because of unexpected effects (or side effects). But this probiotic by Incite, I am pleased to use it. I reckon if you have good gut bacteria, there would not be space for bad gut bacteria, nor virus to grow. Also the intestinal wall/lungs, ought to have healthy mucosia/healthy gut bacteria, which prevents bad bugs, viruses to enter. If you easily catch a flu, or a chill, or such like, then bad bugs are getting in via the lungs/gut. Hence, impriving your gut health/lung health, ought to be prioritised. Have also tried colostrum for the same consideration.

Having used this for almost two months now and I'm a bit wary as to what exactly it is doing. I suffer from IBS, where I suddenly get diarrhea like symptoms after eating certain foods and also suffer from regular constipation. After taking this for several weeks (one per day before a meal) I think it has helped slighlty in reducing the chances of me having diarrhea and I think it may have made my stools a little easier to pass. Unfortunately these changes are very slight hence why I say it 'may' have helped. For all I know it could have been just a change in my diet or something else entirely. Either way it doesn't seem to have any bad side effects and it may work better for others. Personally I think it's better to just eat healthier and eliminate the obvious foods that cause IBS. For me, sticking to whole foods (e.g. homecooked meat and vegetables), reducing lactose intake, cutting caffeine and simply drinking lots of water has helped me reduce my symptoms way more than taking some magical pill.
