It has a really nice shape, taste and smell. May not be the best option for extremely chapped lips. This worked very well for me, it keeps my lips moisturised for about 10 hours :) I definitely would buy this again but in a different flavour so I can try them all. This is one of my favourite lip balms :D

Somewhat DRY and taste LACKING. Casing is good. BUT it is the lip balm that is more important. I prefer Palmers FlipBalms.
