Great and cargo trailer for building shelves
Another handy dandy item for the e-tracks. Use these to build shelves to keep things off the floor. Good quality work well

Very Well built! Fits a 2x4 a little loose
Springs are nice, fit is a bit loose. I'd give 5, but here's what happened... I'm using these to install a bed in my 6x14 cargo trailer, bought the single hole E-Track mounts. Want to be able to install bed for sleep & remove to haul a quad. The 2x4 fits a bit loose in this product, so I threw a screw in one of the side holes... then realized the spring loaded deal at the top can't open with the board up against it... so, I shortened the board... still had issue... the product needs to be angled to be removed... obviously if both are "in", the thing ends up permanent when screwed to the board. Still working on a viable solution to stop the jiggling.... shims..?. I know... you E-Track know-it-alls out there are thinking I'm dumb for expecting it to do something it was never designed to do... hey, first time here, just explaining for others in case they were going to use for the same thing. Product is super strong & is way over built for what i'm using it for.. but there is no better solution that E-Track to be able to install a bed, or use the E-Track channels for cargo straps for whatever you are hauling... Really like this stuff...

solid item
Bought for project, used for another project. These mount up on track nicely and hold solid. Had to use in trailer instead of project i bought them for. Have plenty left though for that upcoming project. They do what they are designed for and hold great. They do have holes so you can screw boards to them for added security. will be using some for perches in a chicken coup so i can easily remove them for cleaning.
