I used these to keep the doors OPEN. I'm so sick and tired of my kids playing around and running into rooms and slamming the doors. So I stuck these on the back of the doors and attached them to the wall. One already got ripped off from the sheer might my kid used, but it also wasn't in the best spot either so it could have been an installation problem too. Either way, they know when the lock goes on, no more slamming doors. They worked well for what we needed in this house.

My cat kept opening the pocket door to the basement and would knock down all the ceiling tiles. Now, he can't do that. The adhesive is strong and hasn't lost it stick. Buckle is secure but not too hard to undo.

I needed something that would keep my 4 year old from opening the front door and back door to the garage. He is an active boy and finds way to get out of the door. We are also renting so I do not want to add anything with hardware. I felt adhesive is the best way to go.The buckle is great and deters him from unlatching the door since he can still open the door with those door know safety knob covers. However, please be aware when removing, it took all the paint off the walls!

I decided to try this first instead of installing an eye hook for my new barn door because an eye hook you have to drill holes in the wall and the door. When a barn door is closed all the way, well at least mine, it has a decent space in between the door casing and the door, so my small dog could probably squeeze through (pointless door then). I got this and put the adhesive as far out as they would go so the door is as tight to the frame as possible. Works like a charm! Now, I can't say how long the adhesive will last and i'm certainly not pulling on it to find out, but you get two in a pack and for $10, good deal! Recommend.

My toddlers were going in their teen sister’s room and using their makeup to decorate their walls…so we got these. I like that they stick so I didn’t have to drill into walls. Stick really well - they have been tested regularly 😂

Clip is hard to pinch

Larger strap and buckle than I envisioned but it works to keep the dog out of the litter room of the cat. Not yet tested on durability because the dog respects the boundaries. Larger buckle does have the plus of being easy to undo for quick entry.
