Q: i've just got it, im new starter, Anyone knows what software type that i can learn create/design printed model (website/link), thank you !

When you are just starting I highly recommend tinker cad. I started creating on there and it made it very easy starting and I learned more about my ender3 as well. Now after 2 years I’m using more complex software and even sculpting using zbrush but I have a soft spot because of how easy tinker cad is to use. I am even using it to help my daughter understand complex shapes all can be made using simple designs. Start small then build big.

Q: Has this printer have removable timing pulleys

The printer is essentially a big kit that you assemble (with a good deal of it pre-assembled for you). So, technically you could change out almost every part of this printer.

Q: does it ship with us power plug the last pic show not us plug?

Yes, a normal 120v 3 prong plug.

Q: If i order the ender 3 pro today. will it come with the 1.1.5 mainboard? if i am buying new i would expect it to be the latest design.
