They Worked, However ...
These spiked shoe (platform) attachments worked well. I used them twice when I applied two coats of gray Epoxy Shield to my garage floor, and again when I applied the clear coat. Here's a summary of my experience with this product:-- The platforms come unassembled. You must insert a spike into each of the many holes in each one, spin on the nut for each spike, and then tighten with the wrench that comes with the kit. That was easy.-- You must then thread the strap through the platform slots. This will take some trial-and-error effort to position the straps for use. Be sure to thread the straps so they don't cover the spikes in any fashion; loop them back up over the top surface of the platform. Admittedly, this one is hard to explain. Maybe read the directions (which I only do after the project is over, which is a genetic trait in my case).-- To attach the spiked platforms to the bottom of your shoes, you step on the platform, tighten the straps, and tie the excess strapping in a knot to prevent the straps from dragging into the epoxy on the floor.-- Once ready to walk on the floor, BE VERY CAREFUL -- again, BE VERY CAREFUL. These are not shoes. The many fine points that touch the wet epoxy do not grip the floor whatsoever. If you shift your weight (e.g., lean in any direction), the platforms will slip. Falling into epoxy could hurt you, give you a permanent hairdo, and waterproof your clothes all at the same time. As corny as this sounds, take a test walk with someone at your side before you begin to use these platforms. At the end of the day, these platforms did their job. You won't see a single mark in your epoxied finish.

Better straps
The straps are not long to go around ankles and I'm a size 11. When they try to stay on it definitely plug holes to help aerate.

Spikey shoes do the job
They are exactly what you would expect. There were no instructions for how to lace up the straps, not a big deal, and they worked well for my self-leveling concrete job. My main complaint is that the pins are relatively far from the edge if the platform, and in one instance one of my feet, despite being flat, put force on the edge and caused the shoe to tip. Thus resulted in the outside edge of my shoes getting a little dirty, but more importantly I had to rerake the concrete. Overall though this could have been fixed with super careful steps - this is a good product for the price

Great quality floor painting spikes
I won’t be using them until spring but checked them out. Really good quality and obviously are going to make it easier when I epoxy my garage floor.

Straps are junk
The shoes come disassembled, so you have to put them together. No complains about platform and spikes, they do their job. But the straps are total junk. They do not hold, so expect your feet to slip out easily. When I tried to tighten the straps, their cheap plastic broke. Straps are also very long, so expect them to create additional inconvenience. I messed up a floor project because I spent too much time dealing with these crappy shoes. Needless to say, you cannot take them or put them on quick, which is also something you need to do when you are leveling a floor alone. I would suggest against buying these shoes because of straps, but if you did, I would suggest using duct tape to affix them, otherwise you'll be working on the shoes instead of working on your time-sensitive self-leveler.

Not bad for the money
I write this so others may know what your buying I don’t get 💩 from Amazon from writing this, but many others has helped me so I’m doing my part. As seen in the photo the strap doesn’t sit flush on the bottom, and two of the bolts I had to us a ratchet and a adjustable to thread the bolt to the bottom so that it would tighten. For $15 not a bad deal but just be aware of what you’re getting. I have not used it but I believe it will work as intended.

Straps suck
Not a bad product but the cheap straps that come with it suck, at one point I just zip tied them to my shoes
