100% plug and play
100% plug and play after typing in the Wifi passcode under my windows 10 system>settings>network&internet. No drivers were needed for my windows 10 version 22H2 (2) fully updated. Absolutely no problem except I could not locate this device under windows 10 system device manager for some reason. I unplugged this device and the wifi was cut off and I then reconnected the device and it connected to my wifi automatically within one minute. I could not be happier.

Worked on Win 7 without installing the driver.
I bought this for my Win 7 machine.Their install program didn't recognize the OS, although the description says it does.However, I opened up the Network and Sharing Center, clicked Add a Connection, and it was seeing my wifi router.I logged in and it's working.The performance is 5 but I gave it 4 because of the confusion over installation.Also, the install program is 68MB, so I wonder if something else is going on.
