Pokemon Ruby Version - New Battery Installed (Renewed)

Authentic game cartridge that came in excellent condition👍

I can confirm that the product I received is a legit copy of Pokemon Ruby, however the game cartridge is cracked where the screw enters the back plate (near the center above the sticker). This crack causes the cartridge to fit together loosely and slide around when being handled. It looks as if whoever restored the game tightened the screw too much and cracked it. This is unacceptable for the condition this was listed, which was refurbished in Excellent Condition. The game boots up correctly, and the battery is working. However due to the cartridge being loose, it fits awkwardly into my gameboy advance sp. Whenever I remove it, it feels as if it’ll break the cartridge more. I spent $127 on this cartridge. The price I paid is not worth the product I received, however at least it’s a real Pokemon Ruby cartridge.

Another great Pokémon game for me really brings back nostalgia!

It's an authentic copy of the game, came in safe packaging for a small GBA cartridge, the only issue being that it came with a dry battery, not the end of the world. Still fully functional otherwise.

The game did not come with a new battery as stated. Ive replaced gba batteries before, so no big I thought. But even after replacing the old battery with a new one, it still said the battery was dry. I even checked the voltage level with a multimeter to make sure it wasnt a bad battery. Which means there could be a bad solder connection with the joints or numerous other possible problems. This really sucks. Dont claim it comes with a new battery when it doesnt.
