La carcasa oficial del rpi4 era terrible, ya que necesitaba acceso al puerto GPIO con mis otros módulos. Pero esta carcasa le quedó genial a mi rpi.

I bought this case for the passive cooling since it is much slimmer than other cases and doesn't require the additional bulk of heat sinks or cooling fans. Time will tell, but so far so good.

The Rpi4 is incredibly versatile and portable so a sturdy case to keep it tidy and safe is important. This case is durable, well designed, and effective. The case does get quite hot under load which informs me the heat sink is functional, the thermal pad is a nice touch. Because the case has a considerable mass relative to the Pi it offers plenty of surface area for cooling. Because the feet are low profile and the bulk of the heat is on the underside, the surface you place the pi on is something to consider. A glass table top or granite counter for example help sink heat further and it is possible to locate the pi for better airflow. To make a complete setup I added two HDMI pigtail adapters and a rather handy 8-35v to 5v 3A USB-C power supply. I added the Anderson power pole connector to the power supply to function from my car or off a portable power source. I was pleased to discover the two mounting tabs on this power supply will mount using the included case screws if you put two small extenders on. This makes for a complete ready-to-go package through the supply does cover some of the pinouts which on one hand keeps them safe, but on the other precludes their use. For an all-in-one portable computer, the package is ideal. Great heatsink case for Raspberry Pi 4

He comprado la funda para una raspberry pi que llevo comnigo siempre. Ya que yo utilizo macOs en mi día a día, a veces es útil tener un sistema con linux a la mano. Desde que tengo la funda no me tengo que preocupar por la temperatura o el ser extra cuidadoso con cargar mi pi, simplemente la puedo echar a la mochila con el resto de las cosas y usarla cuando es necesaria.
