I really like these chews...The only issue I have is that the chews can be a little hard to chew, but overall it has a good taste.

Yuck! These are horrible! Hard and not chewy but not like hard candy either. Like moldy pieces of spoiled fruit rinds.

These are not instant, but after a week or so of daily use I found my mood improving. These are also not instantly chewable--you need to let them sit in your mouth about twenty seconds before you can chew them. Flavor (berry) is quite nice and the container is convenient. Docking a star as I find the price a bit high and wish there were 30 in a tin instead of 20.UPDATE (March 2025): Recently ordered a new batch and noticed that these are now proper chews--no longer need to let it soften. Certainly an improvement.

These were so hard when I got them I almost chipped my tooth, please be cautious when buying and consuming these!

Quality service & product

I ordered these as I am exhausted with taking pill/capsule supplements.The product name and description is not accurate- it is more of a lozenge vs a chew.Thus, the reason for the poor product reviews mentioning how hard it is.You absolutely cannot chew these - they are lozenges and highly recommend a product rename to safe from additional bad reviews.The taste was not pleasant but not completely horrible.As far a functional benefit - not sure if I noticed anything particularly different after 2 lozenges. I will keep taking 2/day, for the 10 day supply that comes in the package, but probably will not reorder unless I see a noticeable change.
