Effective and gentle
I’m happy with how well this epilator works, it’s effective and doesn’t cause pinching or discomfort. My only complaint is that it needs to be plugged in during use. A cordless version would be much more convenient.

Not good enough
After using the better product by braun, this one proved to be a bad choice. It really pulls the hair , each one,very painstakingly , with or without the head. Became bad also very fast. Very rough product. Waste of money
