I started using these calf compression sleeves due to ongoing shin splints, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. I run about 2 miles regularly, and these provide great support during my runs and afterward, helping to minimize discomfort. They are a little snug to get on at first, but once they’re on, they feel secure and comfortable. For reference, I’m 5’2” and around 145 lbs, and I ordered the small/medium, which fits well and offers good compression. Overall, these have been very helpful for managing shin splints, and I’d definitely recommend them for anyone dealing with similar issues.

I got them to improve sleep and life quality by helping reduce the symptoms of severe RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome), which has been an ongoing issue for me for close to 20 years. D; and a prescription, that only takes the edge off symptoms These BLITZU sleeves seem well made and durable and work amazingly for me. I typically wear them during sleep hours. I switch to waking hours when travelling. Whether i wear them nighttime or daytime, these BLITZU sleeves have eliminated the RLS symptoms and improved quality of sleep for me. Wearing during traveling, these sleeves also reduce the possibility of edema and reduce fatigue for me. AND, I find the BLITZU Calf Compression Sleeves fabric/design make them comfortable for extended periods and have enough stretch to easily roll them on and up.

Fits well and seems to be wearing well. It makes some difference while working out, but still have some muscle pain.

These calf compression sleeves are lightweight but provide excellent compression. While I don’t usually wear them on my runs, I reach for them anytime my shin pain flares up. I'm not sure why, but my calves tend to get tired pretty easily, may be because I'm flat footed. I recently noticed they ached a little more than usual from my activity increase during certain hours and not getting as much rest in between, so decided to get then some extra support. I ordered these last night and they came in a few hours. I came in, calves and feet really tired from work, slipped them on, instant relief. Very comfortable not too tight. My calf measures roughly 16 inches and I got L/XL. I always thought compression anything was for senior folk and post surgery recovery, but I was wrong. So happy to have found these after GPT suggested compression socks for my fatigue problem.
