Sudafed blocked nose spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline, which is used in almost all better nose sprays. However, being very effective it's gentler than most without causing excessive dryness in your nose cavities.

Q: How does this differ from Afrin? You cant use Afrin after 3 days of use. Does the same apply to this as well?
