First off I have to say when installing read which side is in and out before install.. I got it backwards due to the orientation of my sink. LOL. Not a big deal, only a little water leaked before I changed it. Second, run it for maybe 2-3 minutes at 1/3 pressure before consuming. Everything was perfect when arriving and had everything I needed other than the 3/8 x 3/8 x 1/4 push to connect inline cold water valve. $12-17 on Amazon. I used some other 1/4 line I ordered before adding this to install a feed along the top of my cabinets attached to a valve so I can have the line right where I need it instead of having to drill a hole and add a faucet spout. I'm kinda cheap and also inventive less things to leave behind or change back if I move. It works great though because I can fill up large crock pots and pitchers without having to hold them.. and If I need I can simply unhook it and I have 12 feet of line lol. I installed this before another water filter because of the flow rate but I choose this company because I previously owned a Waterdrop pitcher.. I wanted something more sustainable and less clutter on my sink. So I purchased this to help clean my water before my slightly better filter. I chose not to do Osmosis because I learned that those filters use a 2:1 ratio of waste and lots of filters. So for every 2 gallons of water I get 1 clean.. Which means my water bill doubles and I have to cut holes in the pvc pipe below my sink or my genius idea to run the line out the cabinet and back into the sink.. No holes required. I thought a dual filter system with this one leading the way was way better and Cost effective too. I will only have to replace this filter every two to three years when I upgrade to the larger filter in a couple years. I get the benefits of the 4 filter .01 micron system which helps take out material before my more expensive filters’ slightly better NSF rated helping save me more money and taking out biological stuff my expensive filter doesn't! Super Win and my water has never tasted more pure. It compares maybe even better than the special filtered water my college provided. I recommend this product highly! It's not gonna filter out everything but for the price and ease of install it will greatly improve your tap water. When growing up I drank Distilled water all the time and I noticed a difference of health, hydration and focus when I moved out and switched to tap. Side note: I honestly think distilled is the best for personal use with Osmosis 2nd but I think people should run their dirty water from Osmosis outside to help replenish the water shelves rather than sending it back down the human made drain systems which only sends the water into water filter centers, tanks and reservoirs. Like I said though, this system is a great start and will increase quality and keep plastic out of landfills a little better than others because of the longevity of the filters and build quality.

I'm very satisfied with this product and their support. I ordered the wrong under sink filter for my refrigerator at first. Becky from Waterdrop was very helpful in getting this resolved. These filters come with plenty of good quality water line and are very easy to install. I also like the fact that you can change the filters easily without shutting off the water. These UF filters are better than any refrigerator filter and will last much longer.

Did not answer phone during business hours-took 14 times to get a call completed. Was told it was the wrong filter to guy forced her to read Amazon`s description-undersink water filtration for faucets your faucet or you can buy our faucet. Cheap ugly after market no thank you faucet. So she said I should purchase adapters from Home Depot-ridiculous. Every faucet in the US is 3/8 inch-ice makers are 1/4 in. Bottom line after tons of arguing she said the write up was all wrong on Amazon. I decided to say forget sending the proper parts out just give me the correct part number and I will put this one on the ice maker. No answer on the phones yet again. Tried their help website and it too is not operative. Look long and hard at this company before ordering. Very uncaring and totally unresponsive! Very shocked with Columbus Day holiday but after a complaint on Friday I received a UPS Select shipping from Ca. to MI. quite fast and I took a look never seen an adapter for the filter body-no visible gaskets or anything just insert and tighten-and I was a bit concerned about water leaks as no instruction were provided. Perfect fittings and in fact long armored water risers were provided-one for feed from supply and one from filter output to faucet. Turned the water on and perfect, not a drop of water. I did change the filter that came with the filter an RF-15 to an RF-15-UF and just about everything is eliminated. Bought the super filters from Waterdrop, nice discount for first purchase and it was about $7 cheaper. Only suggestion take a label and put change filter date on the inside of the cabinet door as 2 years is a long time to remember for filter change. Oh! The water quality-pristine clear and different flavor better than the best bottled water in my opinion but our city water is heavily chlorinated and they say fluoride is not at all good for the K-9 so my fur babies should be happier also. Thank you Gloria for caring and responding so fast. Have to give the company a 5 star rating for their response and the product is every bit as excellent as anticipated. If you do not have the room for the big filter there is a smaller model available-same filtration but only lasts for half the volume but is half sized and still 1 filter is cheap. My same priced 3M filter was good for about 4 months, same price and did not remove fluoride. Good drinking!!

Easy to install for a refrigerator ice maker. I had to use another water line to connect the filter to the ice maker water line at the refrigerator. Just use some pluming tape to help seal the connections before tightening the connections. Water flow is good and ice tastes great.

The old filter housing on the refrigerator stopped working properly and began leaking. I ordered a new housing and it didn’t work properly. I looked into in line water filters and saw this. I was skeptical but when it arrived and I saw the shear size compared to the standard refrigerator filter sold me this might be better. Installation was simple and the water is sooo much better. The ice is clearer and flow rate is great. I highly suggest getting this and seeing the difference. Do not forget to flush several gallons through it first though 👍🏻.

Install was pretty easy - biggest issue for me was tight install space - everything that I needed was in the box and..plastic tubing included worked well when install with other copper compression fittings- no leaks after install - this unit feeding both a tap at the sink and an ice maker - compared to what I had previously pressure is lower but not anything that is to worry about i I assume it's just doing a better job at filtering -will monitor and see how it goes and how long the filter lasts - early review after a week is positive

Amazing water filter - been using this brand for years now! Highly recommend and they have excellent customer swrvice as well. Using this as my fridge water water by doing a little DIY.

I bought this filter to replace the one that was installed with the frig. Super easy to install. 2 year life on the filter. Great throughput/pressure. Highly recommended. One cautionary note, check the dimensions. It was much larger than the one I replaced, but I had room and it is sooooo much better...

We got the option with the faucet but the quick connect piece was faulty and it was constantly leaking, we lost a day trying to make it work :( many phone calls to customer service, finally we returned it as l also didn’t like the brushed nickel faucet, needed a chrome one and they don’t offer that. We bought another filter without the faucet, the one for fridge and ice maker and a separate chrome faucet, so data so good no leaking. I wish we didn’t have to have all the trouble and needed to call, if not for that would be 5 star

I was replacing an older filter system under my sink with this system. Everything you will need to connect to the cold water line is included with the kit with steel parts and even a small spool of thread tape. The water flow is better with this filter system. The replaceable filter has the same specs as the old system and the filters cost about the same. The big difference is these filters are rated to last 2 years as opposed to 6 months on the older system. The water taste is excellent. I recommend this product.
