No remote
Item is really good and affordable but there is no remote in box and the app name is not there

Need to Explain fully
1. No remote, Not that it was missing, it does not have a remote sensor, Moreover its not dimmable also, The main reason I bought was for dimmable. So No remote not dimmable(even if you use a dimmable switch it doesnt work) 2. Time consuming to Install, its not "open the box" and fit, all the hanging wires (except one side) need to be fixed by the customer one by one. 3. The white casing that you see around the rims is a plastic pipe kind of a thing that one needs to fix by oneself, its a herculean task to get it right 4. CLASSIC - NO MANUAL whatsoever. so keep figuring how to do it ! Took 2 + hours for my electrician to install Works - yes, 3 colour variations yes, Overall not satisfied

A little expensive, overall product is good. Remote was not included

There is no remote with the product
I had to use the switch manually to get different shades of light. Seller please remove the remote picture . It's a good product.

Light is good, but the informations are wrong
Light works very well, worth buying at this price. But the issues are misguided with information that it comes with remote and can be operate with mobile app. Sorry it doesn't have any manual that which app can be use. No ir blaster so i not sure it will work with remote. The light is not dimmable.. There are 3 colours mode which will be change with wall switch. Over all i m happy with light and brightness. In this price. Delivery and packaging was good.

A complete letdown
I bought this directly from Amazon.ae and ended up regretting it. The quality is bad but that's not the worst part. The product require full assembly, even the wires on the rings need to be connected. The worst part was that it didn't have any instructions. Avoid it!!!

ممتازة جدا واضاءتها قوية وشكلها جميل وجا معاها ريموت ولكن مو شغال وبعد عناء وبحث طويل طلع يحتاج برمجة وطريقة البرمجة هي انك تطفي وتشغل النجفة مرتين ورا بعض وبعدها تضغط على زر wifi في الريموت وتضل معلق عليه وبعدها يتبرمج حاول اكثر من مره تضبط معك
