I was getting annoyed by the scale buildup on the Steel Electrode Sensors, which had to be either cleaned or replaced every 3 months, so I finally decided to get these Magnetic Float Sensors.I ordered 2 sets - one for the Underground Tank and one for the Overhead Tank. It also has 3 wires which correspond to the 3 Electrode Sensors. Got them connected and installed it. Works fine, no issues till date.However, the boxes which I received were plain white boxes without any Branding on it. Appears Generic. Also the sensors didn't have any marking of SS304 or SS316 as shown in the pictures here. There was No Documentation or Instruction Booklet given with it. I had to see the Diagram given here on Amazon to make the connections.The Blue Coloured Floats have holes on the Top as well as Bottom, I don't know why? But still it works.The Quality of Plastics is also not too great, and the Wires are worst - Extremely Thin, Fragile and Delicate. They should have given Individual Wires of atleast 1mm thickness.Also the Length of the Wire between 2 sensors is approximately 2 and half feet, i.e. around 30 inches. Overall length in not even 2 meters as claimed. They should improve up on these things.But yes, it WORKS !!! And I have peace of mind after installing them.

Works smoothly with a positive click. Used for upper and lower(both) level sensing of waste water,

The device is not working as demonstrated in the illustrations. I have to install the device in inverted position to make it work. I wanted to return the device but will be out of town after 3-4 days. Can Amazon resolve this issue with the supplier please.

Worst product

Top level sensor misbehaving some times after working properly for first few days .contact remains closed even water level goes below the float.
