I think just about everything has been said about this little cooker, but i would add, it's a good idea to bear in mind that the unit is not much bigger than a standard car battery, so you are not going to be able to put a dinner plate full of food into it, to keep hot, that said, for one person you can cook meals as if you are using a conventional oven, as I do all the time. It has two heat elements, one top and one at the bottom.Yes it's does get hot even the glass door but I don't really find it any problem. Some reviewers have mentioned that it is light and moves around on the work top. I have solved this problem by sitting it on four small rubber pads. The cooker meets all of my needs, and I'm very happy with my purchase

We use this daily for 4 years. Happy to say it's still working perfectly. It's small, light and easy to clean.Makes great toast / toasted sandwiches and perfect for reheating pasty foods.

We bought this toaster/oven for our campervan, to expand our food options. It looks very small, almost like a toy, but it definitely isn't. It works really well, meaning we can now have toast, pizzas, pies etc. The top and the back do get very hot, so you need to be careful with the flex or anything else touching it.For the price, this is an excellent addition to our campervan.

Very good, small ovenGood quality , fit perfectly if you short on space. Works perfectly fine, I must say it’s small so no big cooking can be done but portions for 1/2 people are manageable

After my microwave conked out I decided to replace it with a small oven/grill as there are loads of foods which don't cook well in microwaves - after looking at customer reviews decided on this wee beauty - despite it's very low price it's an amazing wee appliance which I'm delighted with - I live by myself and it is more economical than cooking in my big oven - can cook everything from roast dinner, cooked breakfast, baking, frozen tv dinners etc. - a very versatile product which looks good and gives incredible results - definitely recommend if you live by yourself and are short on space - it can get extremely hot 🔥 so I would suggest using oven gloves and it tongs to remove food from it - also place oven/grill on a heat-proof surface - surprisingly the handle dsn't get hot🔥 which is good - the oven tray is a decent size and I can't wait to make a roast chicken 🍗 dinner with roast potatoes and veggies 🍆🌽🍄🌰 - if it only lasts me a couple years I would definitely buy it again !!!!! 😀😁😃👌👍

Good little oven .would not recommend for elderly or partially sighted ,the exterior and the glass door gets very hot to touch.Bought for elderly parent unfortunately not suitable for them.

This little oven is brilliant. I've had mine since January and it's been worth it's weight in gold. I'm a single gal and it's big enough for my needs. It heats up from the top and the bottom so cheese on toast etc is toasted both sides at the same time so saves on time. Oven dishes heat double too so again saves time and money. If a meal is ready before the timer is finished, it keeps counting down, it can't be cancelled. All I do is switch off the oven at the plug and all is well. For the cost, this is a little star. Care should be taken, obviously, oven gloves needed and smaller cookware but it's fantastic. One of my best buys. X

I couldn’t believe this is a toaster oven. A basic toaster oven has heating elements on the top and bottom to cook all around, with a crumb tray for easy cleaning. This only had a very tiny compartment with one a heating element on the bottom . I just wanted a double element (top & bottom) for all around cooking with a large enough compartment to heat up pizza, cook hotdogs, toast bagels, it’s better than a microwave as it cooks more crispy, I’ve even done bacon but that was in the USA. They don’t make them like that here as I’ve checked various brands here in the UK. It was hard to see in this photo there’s only one element but when I opened it I was surprised. I’ve returned it & I haven’t been able to find a counter top toaster oven. Even the more expensive ones are just too big, used for cooking rotisserie chickens and other meals. I guess they don’t have the same models here as when I visit family in USA. Sadly I’ve had to return it and just can get a toaster. It wasn’t cost effect or what I wanted one for my nephew who’s a student studying here from California. It’s a shame they don’t have the correct model available as it doesn’t give as many options like a black & decker toaster oven that makes crispy pizza, grilled hot dogs and all sorts. They come out much more home made then soggy left over pizza heated up in the microwave. If anyone knows of a good model please let me know., Thank you
