Very nice beverage container. We used it to make “hard lemonade” for our party. The infuser basket was great and we placed sliced lemons in it. The steel cylinder you freeze kept the container a nice chilly temp. Awesome for when you have lots of guests, but don’t want to spend the whole party time behind the bar, making individual drinks.

Poored iced tea into only to realize there was a crack along the bottom. Completely unusable.

PROs: Overall I am satisfied with the design and functionality of the water dispenser. 3-gallon capacity requires our family to refill water every few days. Rectangular base allows pots and waterbottles to fit under elevated spigot. CONs: As expected dispenser is made of 'easily available' materials. There are NO stainless steel parts, only cheep imitation metal which is highly reactive and stains easily when in contact with finger oil. I recommend you wipe off metallic surfaces frequently to prevent stains.

we love the greater distance between the drip tray and the spout, allowing you to fill larger glasses. The ice/fruit holder in the middle is a nice feature, you can add lemons without them getting hung up in the spout.
