I admit that I accidently ordered this from Amazon late at night. When it arrived, you should of seen my face when I realised that I had ordered a 'coffee alternative' instead of the decaff coffee that I thought I had bought! Well under protest I gave it a try and I was very pleasantly surprised, not only does it taste just like a regular decaff coffee but it doesn't have any of the bitterness or jitteriness you would get from coffee. I would describe the taste as slightly malty and an added bonus is that it is organic and also comes in a glass jar. You only need a teaspoon of product per cup so this will last a long time too...will definitely be a staple now in my cupboard.

For those on an anti inflammatory diet this is a good coffee alternative. I have not drunk coffee for 3 years now and this product has helped me kick the habit. Sadly not available in coffee shops so I cannot have that skinny latte with all those syrups added to it in a sucky cup but this is the next best thing.

If you are okay with a weak coffee taste, as I am, this is a brilliant replacement. So pleased I found it that I recommended it to a friend and ordered it for my mum as a gift. Unfortunately hers arrived with a damaged lid but a replacement is being issued. I will buy this regularly as coffee tends to cause me bloating. My mum has diverticulitis so I told her to go easy due to the fibre content, but it causes me less bloating than coffee. Organic too so I think it’s very good value. I like the subtle taste.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s actually really nice. I have stomach issues and believe reducing caffeine would help. I LOVE coffee and whilst this isn’t comparable to my usual espresso it is a nice alternative.

This stuff is great if you have given up caffeine, quite similar taste and caffeine free alternative to coffee that hasn't got the toxins involved in decaf coffeee processing

Makes a good cup of coffee, about the best I've tried so far, very reasonable.

Tastes like I remember fresh coffee tasting. O_OI cant have caffeine anymore, and I miss my black coffee... I love Barley Cup, as I think it tastes like instant coffee, and I've never had a reaction to it.. BUT, I'm always looking for something new... and so glad I found this! now I have a version of fresh coffee to slurp on!I also drink it with oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant) and it tastes great!
