I bought this mattress pad to replace my old one that stopped working. I was worried that this brand was different and wouldn't compare to my old one that I loved so much. I was completely surprised and shocked that this one heats up faster and definitely a lot more comfortable. It's super easy to set up and use. It's material is super soft yet very durable. It's the perfect thickness and doesn't smell weird when you unpack it. I like the 2 separate controllers so each side of the bed can be programmed to the individuals liking. It's super easy to use and warms up quickly providing great heat distribution on the bed. It's very easy to use, great quality and functional. I'm so happy I bought this and I love getting into a nice warm bed.

Presently surprised on how well it heats up. I wad hasatint to order. The duel controls are wonderful . Bed heats up very nice with the duel controls work well on our king mattress. My wife and I very satisfied. You are able to adjust not only the temperature but also the hours of usage. The preheat option is wonderful just before you crawl under the covers.

I love getting into bed on cold nights with this heated mattress protector. A review complained that the matches pad wrinkled and did not fit tightly on the bed. My mattress is only 8 inches deep so it didn’t smooth out perfectly but I’ve had no spots that felt wrinkled or uncomfortable. I think if your mattress is just a little higher, it will fit tight. The electrical cords that plug-in are a little thick, but very sufficient to plug each side into their own outlet. The mattress does preheat quickly and it can get hotter than I like, but I just make adjustments and it’s very comfortable. The pad is thin and the instructions say the heat might affect a foam mattress. I left my mattress protector on before adding the pad. I actually look forward to bed time because it makes sleeping so much more comfortable on cold nights.

I was surprised by the change this made to my sleep! It is wonderful! Being able to adjust (select) the temp and the time, is wonderful! This is indeed one of the best things I ever bought and I enjoy it! It is comfortable to sleep on too. Fits the bed perfectly!

This was a Great Investment!! Im hott natured and my husband cold natured, with us having our on separate control works Prefectly!! Turn it on ten minutes before you get in the bed and its warm and comfortable 😌 and you can set the timer when you want get to go off!! My Husband said its a Blessing 🙌

We've had this for a week now after pad from a different vendor stopped working. So far, so good. Controls are easy to use, and the preheat function is awesome- warms the bed up quickly (on max) and then drops down to your preferred setting for the night. The best feature about this is the plug at the bottom of the pad is very sleek and it doesn't press on my foot/ankle ( I had no idea the previous one was so bad). Two thumbs up!

Worked fine until it did not. Using this in the winter months, it only lasted 2 seasons. When I plugged it in this year as the weather got cold, only one side was functional. Disappointing. Initially, it was great and heated up nicely. The timer was useful for warming up the bed and turning off before falling asleep. Washing was easy and not needed often due to infrequent use. This should last for more than what I would estimate as 280 days (certainly less than a full year).

It's a thicker sheet obviously to insulate and pad the elements. Very generous sheet depth for deeper mattresses. There are two independent controllers which control each side. Each side has identical backlit controllers. Controller is simple. ON/OFF switch. Timer setting and power level 1 to 12. You basically adjust to your heat level and a timer can shut it off automatically. Easy peasy. The controllers connect to the bottom of the sheet with a locking latch. Keeps it secure and doesn't allow the connector to come apart. I appreciate that latch . Peace of mind . There is amply LONG cordage to run the controller back to head area and then to plug into wall. This gets super warm and too warm for me. I like many setting 3 to 4. My wife likes 10. I'm glad each side is controlled independently.....:). Btw I like to put another fitted sheet on top of the heated sheet . Just easier to clean and heat is still ample , thru the outer fitted sheet. Very nice product. Love it !

So far, I love it. I find that it's so much better than an electric blanket which I attempted to use last winter. Having a polyester blanket on top of you, whether the heat is turned on or not, just traps the heat in your bed and in your body; you get cooked - no thanks. The mattress pad is below you so the excess heat can escape. Occasionally, I do wake up because I'm overheated but that's because I'm still figuring out the ideal settings for me based on the outside conditions. If it's colder outside than I'll need slightly more heat and, if it's above 0 outside, then I will need less heat. I usually set it to turn off after 4 or sometimes 3 hours. I rarely turn the heat on in my bedroom. I live in an apartment building.

I used it last night to heat my bed 1hr before going to bed, was great. I put it under my mattress cover, for more comfortable and to keep it clean. My bed was warm and comfortable. Should have had it years ago. Easy to use, looks well made, but only on my first night. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I have been using this for the last month or so and am liking it. It was easy to install and gets nice and warm. I like the simplicity of the remotes as well. Getting the remote cords to connect to the mattress pad was kind of a pain but I made it work. It also fits well over my mattress protector too and doesn't bunch up or get wrinkly, can't feel the heating elements through my sheets either. I do have one gripe that isn't with this specific company - I wish more companies would make mattress pads with ONE remote. It's SOOOOOOOOOO obnoxious to be a single person and having so many wires running everywhere (and an entire outlet used) just because every mattress pad ever has to have two remotes. Maybe it has something to do with the amount of power only having one remote would use? Maybe a single remote pad wouldn't heat as evenly? I don't know. Regardless, I can't sleep without a heated mattress pad so I will deal with it lol.
