Bowers & Wilkins PI5 True Wireless Noise Cancelling In Ear headphones - Charcoal, Small

Bought these as replacement for B&W p5 on ear and am not disappointed; great sound quality, noise cancellation works perfectly (in fact ANC brings the sound to another level). Very small & light & very comfortable! On top of that the design is beautiful. Battery life rated on basis of reviews I read as still ‘working on my first charge’. Would highly recommend on basis that the sound quality is as good as the on/over ear B&W’s. As always, Amazon ordering straight forward & fast (reliable) delivery. 👍

The buttons on the headphones make them un useable 1000% to sensitive my hair constantly press them to they only play beps there not broken this is the 2 piar iv had

These PI5 earphones by B&W look and sound fantastic. I'm by no means an audiophile, but I know what I like, and these produce a lovely clear sound throughout all the ranges. The bass is powerful enough without being muddy. For some reason you have to have noise cancellation turned on to hear the full range of bass. The noise cancellation doesn't seem to have much affect in my opinion. I live near a motorway and when in the garden I'm not sure these make much difference with the ANC on compared to off. I prefer to just turn the volume up to cover the noise. The wear detect feature that pauses the music playback of you remove an earpiece is a feature that has to be turned off. Unfortunately as I move around the house the earphones think I have removed one and it pauses and then plays very often. A shame. The app is ok. It's slow to connect to the earphones and regularly fails to connect despite me listening to music being played by the same phone.. I love how they look, the charge case is a good size and I like how you can recharge the case wirelessly. They are perfectly comfortable and feel secure in my ears. For the cost, I was hoping for better ANC, but as mentioned they sound great.

Pros: With an equalizer you can get very very good sound!! ANC is also very good, I work with machines and they do a very good job at blocking out unwanted sound. I have had many headphones and earphones and i think these take the crown for ANC. Cons: Have to take them out your ears to access dedicated app otherwise they fail to connect, however the app is rarely needed No equalizer built into the app Battery life is around 4 hrs Distort at high volumes when ANC is turned on but dont when ANC is off. I have my equalizer fine tuned with presets for ANC and NO ANC without this i would have returned them. I would still give these a 4* rating because with some EQ presets these sound amazing!!

ordered on Friday, received on Monday morning in china, it is fast. can it be turn volume louder ?it seems only control by music player or your phone. can not find any control on earbud. the sound is clean. but i will switch to a pair of comply tips the sound might be have more bass. wait and see. the app sucks, better to use phone yourself to pair the earbuds.

As a D&B DJ I like my music loud and punchy. Having owned and enjoyed B&W home speakers I thought I'd give the PI5 a go for mobile use. Unfortunately it was not a great experience, here's why: - Sound quality: really rich, punchy and full of bass (only good thing I can say about these really) - Connectivity: really unreliable, the left earbud had connection issues and the app never seems to connect - ANC: was ok but I noticed a little buzzing/chirping sound when enabled - Case: decent size, feels very plasticy and the flap seems a bit weak and could easily break if forced too much - Power: I didn't use them enough to know much about the battery life when the flashing light on the case is annoying when its charging - Support: friendly support line but never really offered any helpful solutions when I explained my issues with connectivity, if anything the response was like "yeah we know, just persist with it or disable features to avoid the issue". Design: they do look good, one of the reasons I chose these over the Bose QC Earbuds As a result I'm returning these and re-considering the Bose QC Earbuds for a better functional experience, despite the bulkier look and feel.

Bowers & Wilkins need to improve their wireless game. This is my second pair and after only few weeks of moderate use they are barely usable. The first PI5s worked for few hours and then died. I received a second pair and they continue to have issues at least they worked for little longer this time. The battery life is not sufficient especially compared to the competition, you will be lucky to get a decent workout from them. The sensors are struggling to detect anything it randomly stops in my ear when taken out they stop playing as they should only to play and stop randomly until you put them into the case that means that you will have to put them neatly into their case if you want to talk to anyone even for a minute, there is no stop pass through so you will can’t even leave them in ear. Borderline annoying sounds at every step no one mentions this the headphones will play very loud chimes at every step and while the call quality is one of the only things done well, every time even with the volume level at minimum the first ring is set to the loudest setting and then it switches to the current volume this will kick your eardrum. The case is cheap plastic for that brand and price very poorly designed as well as the taking out of the headphones you need both hands and be careful not to rip of the lid. They sit in ears fairly well and will provide really good passive noise canceling ANC is not going add much more isolation. You will hear People talking loudly, construction noise and any beeping sounds. The only thing that it is good at isolating is cars driving slowly people walking next to you and pretty much all the surrounding sounds that you are used to orient yourself will be blocked but the annoying sounds that you want to block will not be blocked at all. However that is also it’s bad points when walking or exercise they feel uncomfortable because they are too snug. It unfortunately fails all the things that you want from a wireless headphones the only time that they are usable was at home, where you can have a nice overhead headphones that have amazing sound for that price or less. Finally the sound quality this is subjective: I found the signature really balanced with silent but wide range bass not overpowering enough for most but not punchy enough 70% volume in quiet environment. Great for listening to any type of music with detail and good quality. There is not enough volume they are very silent and because of ANC 70% volume even outside is ideal for casual listening, however if your favourite song comes on these are quiet. That is if they work. Even when they work it’s not a good design for everyday usage and they are not even worth the price I was unlucky with my items being faulty, however I would not buy them again even if they worked perfectly as the sound quality is not worth so many shortcomings cheap quality and annoyance.

Compared to Sony WF-1000xm3 and WF-1000xm4, Bose QC, Sennheiser Momentum 2, Panasonic RZ-S500WE. Those B&W are the winner in sound quality. They aren't great in battery life, have a very basic phone App, etc, etc. But they are the best in sound department. Better then the Bose, better then Momentums, much better then the Sony. I love the Bose, they are excellent in battery life and wear comfort, they sound great. But the character of sound scene, and here I'm trying to choose the right words, it's like too good, too beautiful. It's like having to live in a ten million euros mansion all the time. It's like having to wear a tie at dinner table every night. It's just too much of the good things, to my taste. While the B&W is just right, they produce very correct sound, the best example of high fidelity as it is meant to be. ANC is ok. Bose have it better, Sony is better, but B&W is short of nothing, you won't be bothered by excessive noise during your everyday commute, nor during the air flight. You will hear some ambient noise, but very well muted. No problem here. Battery is not great, it gives me 4 hours of listening, which is OK, but the competition is doing better. The App is very basic, you can use it if you want, but may as well pass on it. With all of this, the B&W is my favorite pair of TWS/ANC so far, not without the shortcomings in nice to have features, but boy, do they deliver where they should. Excellent. As a happy owner of P3 and P5 headphones, I can't recommend these enough. If you'd die for high fidelity, correct and well balanced sound, you won't be disappointed.

C’est du Bluetooth donc ne pas s’attendre au maximum de qualité du filaire mais pour du bluetooth on est au max de ce qui est possible c’est exceptionnel comme son et le boîtier permet de ce connecter vraiment partout je les conseil sur tout les point pour être déçu de c’est écouteur il faut ne pas connaître les défauts du Bluetooth sur dès son qui demande un gros volume de donnée mais la c’est plus la faute dès écouteurs

Primero, quiero comentar que para el precio que los adquirí en oferta, me parecen excelentes (menos de MXN 2mil pesos). La función de transparencia es muy buena, pero hay que acostumbrarse en un inicio. La cancelación de ruido cumple, no es la más destacada, pero sí reduce el ruido ambiente. La calidad es muy muy buena, se nota cuando uno pone música en formato sin pérdidas y la app la han mejorado bastante. Su punto más débil está en la duración de la batería, ya que reproducen hasta unas 2 horas y luego requieren carga en el estuche.
