Exact Replacement - Bosch Quality
This hot water solenoid valve is the exact replacement part I needed. My cold water solenoid went bad.It actually stuck OPEN! This caused a panic with my wife as the water flowed in even with the power off and unplugged. Normally these valves leak water into the drum or will not open. I decided to replace both sides while I had the washer opened up. These valves are so easy to replace. Remove the two torx screws on both upper corners in the back of the washer, slide the top back, remove it. You will see the two valves right on top. Shut off the water and disconnect the water hose(s) from the back of the washer. Now remove the hose clamps with a pair of pliers and pull the black rubber hoses off the valves. The valves snap in and you must push in the flat side with the locking tab with a screwdriver while sliding the valve sideways away from the side that has a V shape and the valve will release. Reverse these instructions to install the new valve and you are done!TIP: I would also suggest replacing the washers in the feed hoses while they are off and check/clean the screens in the washer and possibly in the end of the hose as well. Give the hoses a good inspection and replace them if there is any question. It is an easy job while the washer is pulled out and the water is shut off. Also do not overtighten these feed hose connections. Hand tighten and then an additional quarter turn is all you need, any more, you risk damaging the hose or the washer.

They fit and work fine. Can’t use old filters tho
Great value. The old plastic filters that you can pull from your old Bosch solenoids do not fit for some reason so I had to install these without the filters. I’m taking off one star for that. Otherwise they work fine so far 2 months and counting

Hotwater inlet valve does the job!
Installed this part n about 1 minute. Works fine. so far... I wasn't sure if my hot water or cold-water inlet valve were leaking so I replaced them both. It took longer to remove the top of the washer than to replace the valves.

Perfect fit for my Bosch washer
Perfect fit for my Bosch Washer WFMC2201UC/03. The cold water would continue to trickle into the drum after a wash was done and the unit turned off. So I decided to replace bother cold and hot at the same time since the washer would be opened. This really was as easy a fix as can be. These valves are right on top and it’s literally 2 screws to get to them.
