I take these and I find this is a great product. Pill is a little large, but it swallows easily with any liquid I have found this has helped me.

I do joy like needles so I was excited when I learned I could get b12 in pill form. I stopped drinking caffeine and these have been awesome and replaced the boost of energy I was used to. And if I forget to take it, it’s a noticeable difference in energy. I have recommended these to friends and family. I will continue to reorder!!

I got a blood test and my vitamin b12 levels are sky high, I actually have to stop taking this. So if that’s any indicator that this is working! The dosage may be too high to take consistently and safely however… I don’t recommend taking such a high dosage.

My favorite B12!
I have tried many B12 varieties and this one is my favorite. It is not too strong or to week. It doesn't have any taste and it is easy to swallow.
