Love that these come w/ video explanations, great for homeschooling!

This has been a great book to include in our homeschool. It teaches the concepts they need to know without taking an hour to prepare. There are weekly hands on activities that use normal household items. Before getting this workbook, science was a subject that we didn’t always get to. Now we always have time for science.

Simple explanations of basic concepts. My son really enjoyed the hands on activities that we were mostly able to do with things already around the house.

Really extensive and imformative...I think we will have a lot fun with this book

The books itself is great, basic information of topic and a week of building on that topic. The reason I chose this book though was I liked the idea of a more detailed teaching video on each topic that they advertised. We can not pull the videos up at all, not on PC, chromebook or even cell phone. Will keep and use the book but irritated at having to source videos on my own to cover each topic. The point of this was all in one science my daughter could do on her own.

(Homeschool) We loved our last science book, so we needed another one to be just as awesome. This book meets that for us. They have vocabulary words, activities, and experiments. My child's favorite is experiments since he is really hands-on. The experiments aren't very over the top. They are realistic, and you can always add more in-depth experiments to the lessons given.

I like the readability of this book. It has complex concepts written simply yet with academic language. I like the way it uses things we most likely have around our home to perform experiments.

Good for a short review each day. I use this to supplement homeschool curriculum. The questions have helped me catch the small errors in my kids thought process. The experiments are good; I usually have all of the materials around the house.

The questions are a bit basic, and some of them are multiple choice with “yes” and “no” as the answer, The experiments look cute and some will be worth doing but for Grade 7 it’s pretty simple. I think we’ll still use it but I would not rely on this as a full instruction
