Cured my b12 deficiency related acid reflux
I've been having extremely bad acid reflux and nausea for a while. Got so bad I couldn't even lie down to sleep, because I was going to be sick. Pepcid and antacids worked for short periods of time, but nausea kept coming back worse than ever. Had to also stop eating/ drinking all foods and drinks that were acidic. I read that B12 deficiency once in a while has similar symptoms. Started taking 2 sublingual lozenges of this B12 (1000 each) at breakfast and at 2 at night. All of my nausea and gastric symptoms improved in 1 day and disappeared completely in 1 week. I'm not a vegan, but I don't consume much meat or any dairy so it's not a huge leap for me that I'm b12 deficient. I just didn't realize that B12 deficiency caused such extreme acid reflux. I've been symptom free now for 1 month (and still taking a maintenance doze of 2 lozenges a day).

My bad, I never knew “cyano” had a cousin Methyl.
I’ve been diagnosed as being anemic for quite some time and thought it was time to take action. My mind went to Vit B12 immediately, but in looking forward it on Amazon I learned something new I never knew, which was cyanocobalamin (Vit B 12) actually contains cyanide in its molecular structure, hence its name. WHO KNEW?? That’s when I discovered an almost identical alternative called methylcobalamin. Therapeutically equivalent to the cyano version, its only logical that cousin methyl should be equally effective in treating any Vitamin B12 deficiency. Formulation wise-they are tiny pink colored tablets just like the cyano version is and they are very pleasant fruit flavored tasting chewable tablets. Will definitely buy again.
