The sample spices were perfect for allowing me to test cuisines that I had yet to try. I think each spice has about two tablespoons. I wanted to try an Indian dish and had none of the specific spices; this pack included all that I needed. I love these Indian spices! Improved my cooking. I use a tiny granite mortar and pestle to grind the coriander seeds. So fresh! Comes in nice resealable packet. Nice assortment!
