Good form of Zinc, high dosage, and small micro-tablet size. Unfortunately, the tablets themselves are obviously cheaply made, with rough edges that scratched my throat, and contain too many filler ingredients.

First bottle I’ve ever seen that’s actually 100% full for a change. If they do as stated then great as cheaper than ones I was using but lost a star as they don’t smell very good
