I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

I was curious if I would like this and I love it! I use this about 3-4 times a week to help support pain relief and back support. It has helped me sleep tremendously!

I enjoy it a lot! Haven't tried other mats but this one does the job well. I like to roll the pillow up vertical so it gives pressure against my neck.
