Did great for me after hip replacement, size was perfect for the incision site, having 4 allowed me to have a cold one when I needed it. Cooled quickly, and when I am cold it warms quick and easy. Now I keep 2 in the freezer and 2 out for hot packs as needed

Bought for recent neck surgery and this thing has been a godsend! First and foremost, the outer lining for the ice pack is super soft, and perfect for sensitive skin or if you have any existing scratches, lacerations, or recovering wounds. It’s also thin enough for the cold to work on the muscles but enough lining for it not to do damage to the skin.As far as the ice packs go, these get really cold which is perfect with the lining they come with. Also there’s two ice packs so you can be icing with another one in the fridge getting cold so you can rotate! I’ve refrozen them both at least 5 or 6 times and they still get to the same level of cold as when I first froze them.

It is pretty cold. I was a little worried it wouldn't be cold because of the fabric you put the ice pack in, but it does get cold. It was smaller than I thought width wise, but I still gave it a 5 because that was my fault for not paying attention to the measurements. I cannot stand when people give a lesser score because of thier own ignorance for not reading measurements or all info provided about a product. Do I wish it as a little colder, yes, but I knew when I bought it it probably wouldn't be as cold as I wanted when I put it in the fabric. But I love how it velcros and stays in place. The second ice pack is awesome so I don't have to wait for the same one to freeze again before applying. It is comfortable, works great and versatile. Fabric feels nice and made well.

The last cold packs I had started leaking gel, so I wanted to find replacements. I found a deal for this 4 pack, and was excited to try a new brand out. I really appreciate that the 4 packs arrive tightly packed in a box, individually wrapped in curb-recyclable plastic. I only need two in rotation for now, so I'm glad to be able to store these easily for future use and keep them protected from dust, and other items protected from them in case of accidental puncture. So, first impression: good packing.Second impression: seems to be a lighter weight than my previous cold packs. This didn't matter to me.Third impression: they freeze and heat faster than the other cold packs I had. These freeze fully in about an hour if left undisturbed, my previous packs took over 2 hours to freeze well. However, they also warm quickly during use. I can trust these to stay colder for a far shorter amount of time, I won't give an estimate because it's highly dependent on how you use it, climate, humidity, temperature, etc -- but using it in the same situations as the others yielded faster warming times. It still stays cold long enough to be useful and worth it, and I'd say the trade off of cooling quicker in the freezer is a fair trade for it also warming faster.I'd say they're a good buy! But, be aware other brands or options might offer longer cold use.

This was the only ice wrap that worked well for me after thyroid surgery. It comes with two cold inserts, so one is always cooling in the freezer. Two thumbs up!

I bought this for recovery from a neck lift . It works great . The soft cover really helps it stay comfortable. It’s flexible and soft enough to use multiple ways with the Velcro tabs. So far been a great help with swelling.

Great hot/cold packs to use for swelling or injuries. The packs freeze quickly and are the perfect size for applying to affected area. The 4 pack is great to rotate individual packs for constant use. I used them for post hip replacement surgery and I was extremely satisfied
