Remote hard to operate. Difficult to find regular soft white light color.

Had it for one year and the remote no longer works, the connections even though that we kept it in a waterproof box rotted away, While it indicates you can cut it, good luck finding a connector that will connect it back together and be waterproof. I bought several connectors, but in the end decided to just keep it together and twist it rather than cutting it and trying to wrap it with a water tight bond. BTW, don't expect to get any instructions! DON'T BUY THIS, IT'S A LOT OF MONEY FOR A REALLY CRAPPY PRODUCT.

great lights but not enough screws in package for clips bought 6 sets and all are short of screws needed maybe someone can not count

4 stars because IR remote buttons seams cheesy. Does not always work on first click. Must be pointing to the sensor eye. Used product behind crown mounding surroundind ceiling perimeter of remodeled basement game room. Plenty bright enough plus has a dimming feature. Would like to see more visual effect options, colors, and an app to control led’s. That said I needed to run about a 92’ run around ceiling and I found limited products that could do this in a single 120 volt strand and was affordable. 12 volt led’s work only for shorter runs. Product is heavy duty and could easily be used outside in all weather.

Led is great, comes in heavy duty clear cover that is great for outdoor use. Best weather proof LEDs light's in the market. Just make sure to measure every inches from the 120v outlet that it needs to plug in and how you going to run it around your trailer.

Very well designed, waterproof & very suitable for outdoor use. Amazing brightness, so much that we use it on the lowest setting, otherwise, it'll light up the whole neighborhood

Very bright and good quality. Remote is terrible. Please make a module that lets you control these with a smartphone app.

I received this LED lights approximately 6 weeks ago, I followed all the installation instructions. The lights were only on for 3 hours per nights and not every night. One day i turned them on they came really bright at first and then went out, I noticed a dark burnt spot at the entrance of the light strip. I have no idea how I repair this, so i purchased another different type of led from Amazon. I have to admit I am very disappointed.

Controller fried after couple months of use. Will order another one just to get a controller. If second one gives up will have to redo our lights with something else...

Now have three of these and working well after a full year (running everyday). Had a problem with the third string purchased. The remote was not responding but one email to the company and they had an easy fix! Very happy!

On house for one month last year put on house this year and end shorts out and Amazon said nothing they can do not good enough
