The media could not be loaded. I had 3 rooms installed by 3 different people and in each room in high traffic areas all 3 floors are failing. Obviously it's the flooring and not the installation. It has been less than a year and I'll probably have to have it all replaced. It's a giant mess. The floors looked beautiful for a few months but they just did not hold up. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

I o4edered the sample to, well, sample this type of flooring. I wanted to see up close, see the durability, the color and how it interlocks. I can say I'm deeply impressed by the sample I received and looking at this makes me want to replace all the flooring in my house and not just my basement, which was the original goal.

Very problematic lot of them broken or chipped on the end I had to cut off pieces to try to make it work after reaching out to the seller too many times to even recall I receive no satisfaction after resending pictures which the seller required I still was not compensated in any way possible I would never purchase this product again. While I understand that problems happen but the seller was not willing to work with me at all after requesting pictures which I eventually was able to send him. He still did nothing to compensate. the products that were not chipped or broken worked just fine, but I should not have to be cutting ends off to make what I had work after ordering extra to make sure that I had enough to complete the job. Buyer beware.

One carton had flaws with a one quarter inch raised corner on each plank, another whole carton was broken, each plank has same cracked corner, because accidents do happen in shipping and delivery, I will try to make it work for shorter pieces. I’m not sure about the video that states you can cut it with a box cutter, you can score it, but you definitely need a good orbital jigsaw for cutting! I wasn’t home for the delivery of this product, and because of a family emergency I didn’t get to check for damage or installing right away. So it’s best if you can’t check for damage, have a friend or neighbor do it, if possible. Other than the damaged cartons, the flooring is beautiful and I believe it will hold up well because I installed it over a very level and solid surface. I would recommend this product, as it is easy to install and makes a beautiful floor.

We were surprised at the ability of this flooring to make the imperfections of the floor sheathing to feel good. We typically use a thicker flooring product in these older homes, but this flooring does not disappoint! On top of that, it looks good and is easy to install. I will definitely order this flooring again!

The order arrived on time, professionally packaged and no damages. Two pieces were ordered which was exactly what I needed to determine how the tiles interlocked, as well as, being able to see the color in the room. The quality of the material is very good and it will be perfect for my project!

Take your time measure twice cut once. It locks in tight on all sides which help for the water proofing hard to undo a mistake. Flooring looks great easy to clean. Scratch dent waterproof thick and pre padded great flooring for the money

I was able to get this to compare the color of the plank I wanted to purchase. It was very helpful to have, and although it is a sample I was honestly expecting a full plank (or at least half a plank) in order to get a better feel for the look of it against furniture
