Does the job intended
I hate gardening anything to do with it but this little machine made chopping down what needed chopping down a walk in the park. Literally 5 mins to cut the branches and maybe a half hour worth of work cutting it down into smaller pieces again. Highly recommend 👌 came in a tody little vox with gloves and glasses. Money well spent..

Fantastic chain saw, powerful!
I was in need of a chain saw to cut down quite a large tree for family. I didn’t want to purchase a full size and took a punt on this handheld one (cordless) and easier to manoeuvre around. It comes in a box, with glasses, oil, a spare chain and battery (everything to get started). It took me less the 5 mins to oil, tighten the chain and get to problem tree. Now when I say tree, the trunk is at least 20-25cm thick. I didn’t think this small handheld chain saw wasn’t going to be able to make a dent at all. So I fired it up and to my amazement it started cutting through the trunk like butter!!! Of course I has to hit the tree from 2 angles (front and back of the trunk) but this had no issues whatsoever cutting through it. Honestly amazed, amazing little machine, i then went on to further trim thick branches of the tree and cut down the trunk further into small chunks. I charged the battery from new for about 15/20 mins max.I’ve used this over 3 days and it still is going strong. Not sure how much battery it had when it arrived, but fantastic. I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I would be doing a disservice by not sharing this cracker, anybody looking and thinking should I buy or not, do it, buy it, you will not be disappointed. It’s shockingly and surprisingly powerful and I must say I even had a a lot of fun being amazed at this little machine cutting through a mightyu tree like it was nothing! Super fast delivery, responsive on messages for any questions. 1000% satisfied

Excellent Value
I bought this to cut down a thick bush that had grown through a trellis. The branches weren’t particularly thick at around 3 to 4 centimetres but because they were threaded through the trellis I couldn’t get a regular saw to them. It’s easy to use and powerful enough to cut the branches quickly. It wouldn’t work for thick branches but for a job like this it was excellent. Also at only £25 it really doesn’t matter if it doesn’t last that long.I would definitely recommend it.

Cracking saw to get the job done!
I needed a saw for garden jobs, tackling roots, trimming shrubs and for some upcoming DIY. Not being a professional tradespeople I didn't want to pay top dollar for the well known and no doubt reliable alternatives thus plumped for this saw at an affordable price. Thus far I've not been disappointed. Fantastic bit of kit for attacking unwanted shrubs etc, I managed to get rid of a huge bamboo that had been tormenting me for several years. This saw polished off roots above and below ground and with the correct blade you can see off some thick roots and branches. My only reservation would be that the unit does vibrate heavily and if holding for a while can lead to some aching and tired hands and wrists, it's got some weight to it too so care and attention is required and you really need to cut in bursts of a few minutes or so. Really hoping thaty early good impression lasts with time, really useful saw and blades are simple and very quick to change. Replacement blades are readily available as the fit is standard to other saws, you can chose from a range of cutting types to suit your job. Overall I recommend whole heartedly.

NOT fit for purpose!
Total rubbish! None of the blades would fit. Made my fingers sore trying it over and over. If I could give no stars I would. Gave up trying to return it as it was so complicated and long winded. Why can't these company's simply send an address label to the customer to return it? Just seems common sense to me!Don't waste your money. I finished up buying one from B&Q...and it's perfect.

I wish I SAW it sooner!
I bought this 9 months ago to cut up some logs for my mother. Initially, I thought it might be worth it just to cut the logs that she had available for firewood.......9 months later and I am still cutting wood in her garden, old furniture, pallets, in fact anything and everything I can cut to save her money on logs and coal. This chainsaw is a little beast, rips through wood with ease and is very easy to handle for anyone who might not be confident with a full-size chainsaw. This particular model has paid for itself many times over with the amount of wood I have cut with it.It takes maybe 2 hours (at a guess) for full charge and will last about 15/20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the wood you are cutting. The length of time it lasts when cutting is probably it's only downside and maybe next time I would go for a model with 2 batteries.Overall, this is a fantastic little chainsaw that was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

Severe vibration
No instructions regarding setting it up, though to be fair it is fairly simple to work things out, best to look up which blade is best for the job you need (tpi) . The main problem is the vibration going through the handle, so bad that it's easy for the blade to lurch off before it bites into whatever you are sawing. After being taken by surprise and just managing to avoid cutting a finger I am now better prepared for the problem and it certainly carried out the job required. It's ok for the price if you have the strength in your hand/arm to keep control.
