Serious USB-C Flaw Bricks the Unit
I’m testing and comparing each function between this model and an Ecoflow, including the in/out USB-C PD port, QC3.0, the max negotiated current through each USB port, and how long the unit lasts under AC draw against competitors. I got a unit last week that seemed great but stopped responding to button presses and wouldn’t charge through the AC connector even though it recognized it (LED turned blue when it plugged in). This occurred after only about 15 minutes charging through the AC and USB-C ports combined. After that it would only charge through USB-C, but i thought it was just a weird temporary quirk. Then i went to power some low-watt devices I had through the AC ports and it either wouldn’t respond to button presses (any at all, even the display one), or when it did randomly respond it would come up properly, power the devices for about 10-20 minutes, then just quit. I couldn’t power the unit on again no matter what (it had only used about 15% of its battery), until it recognized USB-C charging and then came right back up- to where it showed it still had 85% life… then it’d run for about 20 minutes again and stop responding. Repeat. So i believed this was a faulty unit. I have a new one now that was working flawlessly for about a day, but again, the USB-C port seems to correspond to it doing really weird stuff. I plugged in my macbook to test its charge rate, and the LCD became extremely dim until it was blank (the Jackery battery was at 100%). Then i tried everything to get the LCD to work, including holding the LCD button for ~10 seconds which seemed to reset it (the manual doesn’t even mention that as a procedure which is the big issue, there’s zero troubleshooting or functional steps outlined). But the LCD then reverted to this pulsing backlight pattern, with all the LCD digits/icons on at all times. There’s nothing i could do to get out of that screen until, again, you try to recharge it through USB-C (AC does nothing). Then the LCD dims back to blank. If you insert the AC charger during USB-C charge it actually restores functionality perfectly for about 30 seconds and then goes back either the dim blank screen or the pulsating-all-icons-on screen. I’ve tried this all with PD compliant USB-C chargers, from trusted manufacturers like Anker and RAVpower. I’ve tried multiple cables, never connected any equipment even near the max wattage ratings, all my USB-C devices are 60w or below, tried my Macbook, cell phones, etc. and these units just do not respond/work when USB-C gets involved- they seem to permanently fail, and because there’s no documented unit reset steps out there I have no way to try and reset/get the Jackery to restart and running again. After it bricks in this way, I have never successfully gotten the unit to work correctly again. It can charge with the blank-dim LCD surprisingly (after 30 minutes of troubleshooting I realized this), but then you have no idea what the input/output or battery level is- and I have yet to get it to recharge- so functionally, it’s still pretty useless in this deprecated state. I genuinely think this is a super cool device and want to keep it- it’s quiet, compact, rated 5 stars on Amazon, is super efficient on AC power (the inverter lasts more than 30% longer than the Ecoflow I’m testing while powering through AC), but need help in understanding how to get it working because as of now I couldn’t trust it camping or anywhere else if I know it’ll just stop responding for some reason whenever it feels like it- and USB-C is the most important feature so I can’t just not use that port. I would love to learn how to fix this issue and keep this unit, but there are no documented troubleshooting steps, the manual is absolutely bare minimum in terms of operating instructions, and this is now my second (so two out of two) faulty unit I’ve received. I believe the USB-C in/out port is at the root of these issues but am not sure.

Got ripped off by Amazon on a Prime Day deal
I had ordered this item on Amazon Prime day to take advantage of the sale price, which was a $50 savings. Amazon then sat on the item and didn't "ship" it until the sale was over, therefore charging me full price. The item was then "lost" three days later. I contacted a customer service representative, who responded with preset answers, and said they could send out a replacement item but could not honor the sale price. I did get the replacement item in the stated time frame expected, but somehow, amazon got their original item returned, without it ever arriving at my home..... As far as the product, it works great. Using it for lighting a vending booth and occasionally for camping. It can power an air mattress pump, which was surprising, considering the power draw of them.

I cannot recommend a product that fails so quickly and is supported so poorly.
I bought this device to be a backup for when the power goes out for my medical devices. Unfortunately, after a little bit over two years, the unit stopped being able to charge and stopped turning on. I never used it for any large loads or stored it in any places other than room temperature. I cannot recommend a product that fails so quickly and is supported so poorly. When I told Jackery, they told me I could send it in for a repair at a cost of $70 - $80. Given the situation, I hoped Jackery would do the right thing and repair this for free. Beware, your $300 device may only have a two year life.

Customer Service????
I purchased this product as backup power for a CPAP. Based on the power capabilities of this unit it will be more than adequate for this intended purpose when the CPAP is used with the humidifier/heater function turned off. However (and this is a DEAL BREAKER HOWEVER) after purchasing the device, after I realized that it could also be used to power my WIFI router which requires 12 VDC input using a 5.5/2.1 mm connector, I contacted Jackery customer support to inquire of my options for powering the router AND FOUND IT ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. I had to text them with everything I wanted to know. THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME. Being that it's much easier and clearer to explain something person to person than it is to text I found this most frustrating. I had previously contacted Ground Zero to return a 200 Watt power supply in order to purchase the 300 Watt Jackery unit. Each time I called I was able to get support and resolution via a person to person phone chat. Based on my horrible experience with Jackery customer support, although I am keeping this product, I will not buy another Jackery product unless no other options are available. I personally like the design and construction of Ground Zero products and ONLY bought the Jackery because Ground Zero did not have a 300 Watt unit. Buyer beware, if you want person to person customer support you will struggle mightily to get it from Jackery.

Horrible logistics and zero accountability. Order it at least two months in advance.
I purchased this on November 30, and today is December 12, I STILL haven’t received the product. I needed it for two market events. Originally, delivery was estimated for December 5–8; it was later changed to December 12, and now it shows December 16. Again, I’ll be without power for my event tomorrow. I called Jackery customer service, and they told me they sent a replacement, but there’s no tracking number because the order was “created yesterday.” So now I don’t even know if December 16 is accurate or just another incorrect date, despite what Amazon shows. Terrible customer service, no solution, no credit, no effort to make this right. All they said was, “We’re sorry for the delay.” That’s it. Horrible logistics and zero accountability. If you need this product, order it at least two months in advance. I will never order from this company again.

Useless PIECE OF JUNK! JUST A BIG OLE PAPERWEIGHT
This is a piece of junk. It never worked right out of the box! I checked YouTube and found lots of people had the no charge after pressing any of the on buttons and they all said jackery customer service sucked! One customer said after much back and forth he was sent a replacement which was equally useless, same issue would not stay on. Don't be like me. I usually do better research before purchase but I got caught up in the jackery hype! DON'T be me and leave these overpriced paper weights with jackery! JUST so you know, no one at jackery reached out to me even after I posted this BUT I noticed they've reduced the price on this particular piece of junk, I hope my review helped cause this! THEY should take them off the market or Amazon should stop selling them! THOSE who read my review and got a better brand, YOU'RE welcome!! SMART choice!

Not a viable produce for camping.
Honest Review I purchased this unit for a recent hunting and camping trip, expecting it to provide reliable off-grid power. Unfortunately, the charging performance fell far short of expectations. After running my generator for approximately two hours, the unit gained only about 7% charge. Even after driving for another two to three hours while connected to vehicle power, it added just another 2–3%. A second charging session on the generator that evening brought it up to only 15% overall. Given this performance, the unit is not practical for real-world outdoor use. The charging rate is simply too slow to be dependable in remote settings where consistent power access matters most. For anyone considering this product for camping, hunting, or other off-grid activities, I would strongly recommend looking for an alternative that can recharge more efficiently and deliver the reliability you actually need in the field.
