Applied two (2) springs to porch swing appropriately for weight
Good fit, weight capacity appropriate, length correct. Would have been a bit easier to use if the hooks on ends were 90 degrees from each other.

220lb Heavy-Duty Heavy Bag Spring
Using this for a 100lb bag. It's bigger than I expected but holding up well after a couple of week of using it.

Good one for my 100lb bag
The bag glides nice with it. It is substantially wider and shorter than another bag spring I have, which raises the bag up higher than other bag springs. This is a plus in my book.

Nice and Short
At under 5” this is the only spring that would work for my heavy MMA bag so it won’t drag on the floor. Reduces noise nicely.

Use for anything over 100lbs.
It will hold a heavy punching bag over 100lbs. I would not recommend it for anything under 100lbs because you want the spring to flex. Anything under 100lbs, using this spring would be like using a solid piece of metal.

Snapped in under a month, a new record
Snapped in less than a month of use. I have snapped most of the springs available for heavy bags that they sell on Amazon now, but this one lasted the least amount of time of any of the springs I've bought. Not durable.

I did not use
It worked great for my punching bag. Sadly it hung too low. I had to remove it. My set up works fine and is sturdy without it.

It’s ok.
It’s ok.

if youre a heavy hitter.. get a spring, cuts the noise down greatly and when you hit it, the bag will shake up n down far less likely to swing, huge improvement to my setup

Installed today and it is noticeably quieter than the Meister spring I had previously which snapped two days ago after 9 months use. I had a Shihan spring before that which snapped after less than a year too. I hope this one lasts longer. Fitted to a 45 KG 6ft banana/kick bag.

What a great addition to a Muy Thai bag! The bag is 150 pounds and the spring holds it in place. (It's actually better to use the bag know since the installation) The rebound is smooth. And the length of the spring was exactly the right high. Just keep in mind, you might need a hook 🪝 for the bottom part. I would truly recommend.

Great for my 40kg punching bag and would be OK for suere for anything between 35 to 70kg. Great to reduce vibration and stress on the wall and bracket.

It's a very sturdy spring. Really deadened the noise from the bag - we have it in our basement, and it's now hard to hear from the main floor. Like others have said, it's definitely for 100lb plus bags. My bag is 100lbs, and it hardly stretches it. If you have a lighter bag, look for a slighter spring.
