Had these for about 4 months now and so far so good. I am satisfied with the overall quality, thick cable, good quality lights, etc.

I ordered these to use in our outdoor picnic/party area for an upcoming oyster roast. In the past I’d spend hours setting up and taking down temporary lighting but this year I chose to use these lights. I was already using the same lights on my pool deck and we love them. Not only do they look good but they provide adequate lighting without taking away from the ambience of being outside. I did find that some of the lights didn’t come on at first and I had to get the ladder out and turn them in a little bit tighter. Being water tight and new, they needed a minor adjustment. Now the area is not just for parties and we can enjoyed the area even more with permanent lighting.

The lights illuminate my deck well and are stylish and provide a chill vibe. I have them connected to an outlet with a remote and that button gets hit every night at dusk.

I was hesitant to buy these, since various parts of the item description and illustrations do not agree. Let me confirm that the bulbs in this product are indeed shatterproof, and are made of impact-resistant plastic. The cord is also quite thick and strong, and is securely molded into the individual drops for the sockets. This is important to me, as a fat raccoon or something similar had broken my old string lights multiple times by trying to use them as a hanging bridge. This had left me with a broken product, bare electrical connections in my yard, and quite a bit of shattered glass hidden in my lawn. This product solved all of those issues. It is well made, and I feel that these lights will last for many years. Helpfully, each 48 foot strand included 3 replacement bulbs. The bulbs secure tightly into the somewhat flexible and stretchable sockets, forming a good seal against the weather.

I ordered this and loved it for my backyard perfect for our family gatherings. It had 2 different color settings. Made our backyard light up.

Purchased in 2021, and 4 years later, only one light bulb needed to be changed. We have it on every night, so I am surprised how long it has lasted. Definitely value for money.
