The assortment of cards in this set is truly extraordinary. If you love Commander or just cool Legend creatures, this set is a must purchase. The inclusion of some really powerful 'chase' cards such as Scroll Rack, Mana Drain, Vampiric Tutor, and the gorgeous Jeweled Lotus, add a nice punch of power and wow factor when you are lucky enough to pull one. I pulled a foil Jeweled Lotus - it appeared as the very last card in a pack after I already got a rare. I had to take a triple take as I couldn't believe it at first. It is my best card pull ever and I only opened one box of Commander Legends, so it was a pretty amazing moment. My last pack of the box also had a Mana Drain which was incredible. So, I may be a bit bias with those great pulls, but I have watched a LOT of box openings of this product and I feel that overall the boxes are a very solid purchase with a great assortment of cards with great value. At the time of review the draft box was purchased for $106 directly from Amazon. The box came in great condition and no notable dings or tears on the box or seal. The reason I purchased this set was to have a set with many good cards to draft from. Very fun set and worth the money to just draft alone. Card singles value wise also exceeded my expectation. Some notable pulls I had was a Mana Drain, Opposition Agent, and several bond lands. Plenty of collecting and deck building potential here for EDH players. Even many of the commons and uncommons were worthwhile (arcane signets, command towers, mana rocks). Overall a great purchase for any commander players.

If you like playing the buy-a-box game, Commander Legends is a great set with some high value cards that will get you to the threshold. So far I’ve bought four boxes using the net from selling cards from the packs I’ve opened in prior boxes. In many cases I’ve been selling duplicates. And keeping some high value cards (like a full set of the bond lands, commander plate, and opposition agent) for myself. I enjoy commander and there are a lot of valuable pieces to brew new decks in the set. In the “year of the commander” there are a lot of synergies with the existing commander precons from this year to replace some of chaff in those decks. Also there’s quality commons for people who like pauper.

Very great box. The shipping was good it arrived on time and in good condition. I got very lucky with this box, pulled a foil Jeweled Lotus. Very happy with this box. Even got a Scroll Rack and Jeska, Thrice Reborn to top it off. These are just a few of the great cards that I got. Edit: I got another box and from the second pack I pulled both a Jeweled Lotus and a foiled Jeweled Lotus. This was a first for me, never had such luck as this before. To top it off I got quite a few more expensive cards to boot. Best box I've ever gotten.

My friend and I opened a box and made a couple decks. Let me tell you, Legends rules are the best.....we are now going forward playing our games this way

So I have bought four total boxes. I can tell you that the two I opened had an average value of 160 to 120. So I got the value for the money per box (paid 105 a box). And some great cards. No lotus but that's probably a good thing for my play group. I loved the variety of mythics you could get in this set. And the etched foil (avg 2 per box) were great random additions. Due to covid I never got to draft with this set but I bet it would pretty enjoyable the way they set it up. As a pack cracking experience it is a 7 out of 10...at lot of bunk cards (it is 20 cards per pack). Mostly the mythics make up the value with a few exceptions with expensive rares but this can make the box a make it or break it experience. I was lucky, I got 6 mythics in each of my boxes. I did set aside two boxees as a moderate investment. I think it will be awhile before this product increases in value to any significant amount but long term, I think a lot of the 2020 product line could be a good hold. All my boxes were sealed BUT if you buy just ONE box from amazon directly...man they just stick it in a paded envelope and when it arrives there are just dents....mostly very minor and fine for cracking but for investment buy at least two so they are boxed up and arrive mint. This dings a star off, mostly for the single box shipping directly from amazon...not the product. The product was great!

Got it for an ex boyfriend at the time and we got some awesome pulls. HE SUCKS NOW but the product was awesome and I don’t regret spending the money. My only regret is that I gave the bastard the cards and didn’t keep them for myself LOL!

First of all I'd like to point out that this set doesn't include box toppers nor does it claim to. Second if you want your box of Commander Legends to come in a shipping box versus padded envelope, order 2 or more boxes at a time. Good set with nice reprints and new cards. Some packs have 2 or 3 rares/mythics in them. The foils warp quickly. I wish Wizards of the Coast would discontinue them. They're unplayable. It's a gamble buying booster boxes for money value. Out of 3 boxes I came out ahead about $50.

Genuine sealed box in WOTC printed shrink wrap. Got some nice cards out of the box, am glad that I purchased it!

Can't complain at all about this purchase, the box was sent out in perfect condition, sealed correctly and arrived super fast!
