Simple Design, Good Quality
While you can certainly use small calipers to measure spark plug gaps, this tool is an effective, inexpensive way to get the job done - plus you don’t need any battery/power. It seems like every time I go to use my caliper I need a battery lol. You just insert the gap tip in the hole and you can turn the plate until you determine you are at the right gap.

Handy little tool.
Tool is small and easy to lose so be careful. Did not check for accuracy. Used to ensure all sparkplus set to same gap.

Spark plugs worked after using the measurements
I needed to gap two spark plugs for my 2006 Husquvarna YTH2246 lawn tractor. The manual said I needed a 0.03" gap on each plug. I used this tool to do the job and the tractor fired up as expected after installing the new plugs. I'm not sure how else to tell if the gap is accurate, but I'm assuming that since things worked as expected, they are. This tool is a handy size; easy to put on a keyring, and easy to read - even for my aging eyes. The metal is of good quality and doesn't bend easily. It's not flimsy, and it should last for years, even with repeated use.

Made In USA cheaper than the imports
An old school spark plug gapping tool that is accurate graduations and conveniently sized. Excellent value as its Made in USA while some of the imported brands are priced as much as three times higher.

Temos a escala principal em frações de polegadas e no verso em milimetros. Desta forma para verificarmos ou ajustamos a folga do eletrodo no padrão metrico devemos utilizar a escala estampada no verso, o que não chega a ser nenhum transtorno, só uma questão de acostumar com o uso do produto. Todavia como se trata de um produto comercializado em um país que adota o sistema métrico, as escalas deveriam estar invertidas.
