Best pizza ever!
Just made the best pizzas ever- been looking for a flour with a higher protein content for a while and this one definitely delivered! Combined with Caputo yeast for maximum results 🤌🏼👩🏼🍳

Very impressed! Excellent dough
I’ve tried lots of different flour for when making pizza at home. I used this brand previously (the red and the blue bags) and through the dough was good, however, this is the first time using this particular flour. It turned out amazing, it was very light and airy. I hadn’t used the pizza oven in a while and they turned out amazing. Will be buying lots more but hoping to find somewhere which sells it cheaper!
