Good tyre and fitted an 8.5inch wheel. You get one tyre leaver in the box with the new tyre. The tyre is not easy to fit, but that is to be expected with a full rubber tyre. There are instructions in the box which need to be followed to fit the tyre. Time must be taken to fully heat the tyre before you attempt to fit. As said there is one leaver in the box, but I found that additional tyre leavers were required to actually mount the tyre.

I know, everyone says nooooo don't get rid of the pneumatic tyres because solid tyres are the work of the devil and will rattle your fillings out and shake your bones to death. But if you've ever changed the inner tube/tyre on a scooter you'll know just how much of a pain they are. Well after changing both tubes/tyres twice on my scooter i've had enough. I opted for these solid tyres because i'm sick to death of changing the tubes on normal pneumatic tyres. They puncture far too easily. And I tried slime, I tried protectors none of it worked it only delayed the inevitable. It was incredibly hard work to get these tyres on, like I was sweating and at one point thinking I should just give up. But after a good 30 minutes of trying I finally got them on. Recommend you watch the youtube video linked in the booklet that comes with them and I also recommend you get yourself a good set of flat tyre tools instead of the supplied one they seem to think is great. You will need more than 1 and they only supply 1. I'm happy I can scoot around again without having to worry about punctures and flat tyres any more. I weigh 89kg and I can't notice any issue with these tyres sagging, slowing down etc I can go full speed on them just fine.

I bought these to replace the tyre and inner tube type that was already on my scooter as I was fed up of the tyres wearing out or puncturing, for the price of one tyre you can get these two which are a bargain BUT they are not easy to put on I would recommend using a fair sized workshop vice as this made the job much easier also having a big enough old pan to take eight and a half inch's round also the water when it is boiling goes a light brown colour and stains the metal but after sweating pounds and getting my breath back they are on and enjoying the result, jobs a guddun 👍

Fits perfectly. I tried without the warming tyre first but you have to heat the tyre as instructions say and it is a tight fit by hand. Could do with 2 tyre levers but a big screwdriver and the tyre lever that came with tyres worked just about. Definitely you have to have strong hands and tough shoes/boots on but it does go on the wheel. You will see pictures of it all.
