I am so excited to have this new bread maker! After reading the instructions, I added the bread mix, water, oil, then sprinkled the yeast over the top and pressed GO. In 3 hours we had the most delicious bread accompanied by that wonderful homemade bread fragrance. The consistency is perfect, the color is perfect, and the taste is fresh. How I ever got along without this bread machine is beyond me!The machine has a very professional stainless steel finish, with touch-sensitive buttons on top. A breeze to use.Customer service in SYBO answered my email quickly with a very kind reply, as I was requesting an extended warranty they were offering. He even attached a PDF cookbook, manual, and a user instruction file.Highly recommend this product and this seller!

To be honest, I'm an old school baking snob and not a fan of breadmakers... but for time and convenience, and because our oven periodically goes out and this doesn't take away too much from the backup generator, this has proven to be a great budget model for our household. Though, it's been a bit of a learning curve and its mixer is a bit too basic. So, we tend to mix and pour than just toss the ingredients in.

Instructions are confusing. They give you a scope to use but don’t clearly explain which side to use for measuring it’s labeled tsp and tbsp but instructions say scope and spoon. Tried so many times to make bread and try different ways per the instructions in the book. None turn out! They are all logs and dense. I try adjustments and still nothing! I have wasted so much time and money trying to do use this machine.

The machine over-bakes the bread, even on the lightest setting. I find it works best if I stop the process before it starts to bake and finish off the bread in the oven.The machine itself is easy to use and cleans up well. Not too happy with the cooking results. The bread is dense and hard.

Instructions were very difficult/complicated and not clear. For example, liquids measured in ML, second other ingredients mentioned either scoop or spoon-didn't explain. I followed the instructions carefully and first loaf came out raw. I tried second batch, making the larger size-same thing. Very disappointed with product. I had a bread machine prior and it was so easy to use-had a lot of recipes. This machine has too many unnecessary things- rice, etc.

First of all the measurements are in scoops, spoons gm and ml.Secondly, I tried 3x ( 3 times and you’re out) and the bread did not rise properly even though I added the ingredients as stated.The bread did not brown on top at all but the bottom half did??I’m sorry I purchased this item.I sent an email to the company via Amazon but I did not get a response.Off to the recycling center.
