Did not work as well as we had hope on silver coins. Might be ok for jewelry

Cleans well
My stainless steel necklace was turning literally black around the neck area. Assumption is some of the tanning oil adhered to the necklace and started to darken from the sun. Product has a placeholder and handle, just place it on holder and dunk it in. I left it overnight and removed in morning. Necklace was clean and I polished it up with cloth was that came with product.

I used to clean my silver Pandora jewelry and 975 silver jewelry. I put the jewelry in the cup for more than 20 minutes and it was still dirty, it doesn't have any kind of chemicals, it's just water and soap. I don't recommend it.

Good Ckeaning Product
Did not have a strong smell at was easy to use. I cleaned my Sterling silver necklace that had turned brown. It worked in a few minutes, looks brained! I'll be reordering to keep it on hand.

brush bristles fell out
This product cleaned my jewelry very well, however, the brush bristles had completely fallen out of the handle when i opened it. But it works great.
