The boombox is fine and it's exactly as described in the ad. Most of the machines today are not made with the same quality as they were in the past....however if we"re still using CD's I guess that's to be expected.I gave this seller a 5 star because they deserve it. When the order arrived there was a hole and dent in the player box so I didn't open it thinking there was probably an issue with the machine. I contacted the seller , did a return and the replacement machine arrived the next day. The sound is very good and it meets my expectations.

This boombox is portable and the color is black. The radio station selections are quite good for the location. Your radio stations and selections will vary depending upon your location. The display is bright enough to see but not blinding or glary. It is durable. The USB has a max of 128 GB flash drive in the FAT32 format. As for the blue-tooth and Axillary features, I tried putting a set of speakers in the earphone jack and got a good rich sound from the speakers used. Basically got it for the MP3 Disk playback feature.

I got this to replace my 15-year old Sony Boombox. I use this to listen to Audiobook CDs at night in bed, near my head, before I go to sleep and when I wake up during the night.The sound quality of this CD player is very clear, actually better than my old Sony. However, the LCD display lights up with a very bright blue light when the player is on, and this light shines right in my eyes at night and is very disturbing. So this player is useless for listening in bed at night, which was the main purpose of buying it. Even when it is turned off, there is little red stand-by light that shines.Since I can't use this for listening in bed, I am hoping the seller will allow me to return it for a refund.

Very satisfied. Crisp and clean audio for a small space, not trying to knock people over in concert hall like ZZ Top. Considering a 2nd unit for the Bluetooth stereo setup. Great value.

Arrived fast and works well with good sound. The only thing I would change is the top, which lacks a spring release, requiring you to pull up to change the CD. It's a good value for the money and does what I needed.

This boombox has multiple functions and the ability to use more than 1 power source. That made it ideal for the ways I could use it. The sound was great & the inclusion of a headphone port ((music is always better with headphones) made my decision easy

The decibel strength is adequate for personal use, but shockingly low for something described as a boombox. No way this would be sufficient if you're leading a group activity. Heck, it can't even amp up a tune if I'm trying to rock out to it in my basement.

My wife and I recently started buying CDs again, and wanted a small player for the bedroom. This little unit fit the bill. Does it have amazing bass and huge club volume? No, but I knew this when purchasing it. What it does nicely, is play CDs at good bedroom levels with surprisingly good sound quality. We did find that newer recordings sounded better. But for the price, you can't beat this! Especially when you add in the extras - USB capability, Bluetooth, and FM radio. No problems receiving local stations. Bluetooth links easily.
