Poor design
Got this as a direct replacement for 1 that had failed after only 4 years.The new one worked fine but out of curiosity I took apart the old one. The 2 securing tabs on the motor go into a recess in the plastic body & are quite narrow. A widely available universal motor has bigger tabs & wont fit in. The motor cog engages onto a plastic cog that was completley dry & not lubricated which turned out to be the reason for the valve sticking. Very poor design over all.

Bought as a like for like replacement so no problems.

Disappointing quality
Purchased and installed 2 of these April 2022 and one of them has just failed (March 2025). That is just poor quality.
