great quality flour

Decided to try this after watching videos of baking with Jack, it made sourdough starter quite quickly and the taste was really good. A bit pricey but I found it to be worth it.

Just started the sourdough journey. This is the best no fuss way to get a good starter. I just took my regular so so starter fed it this flour and boom I had a strong starter. I keep it in the fridge all week. Feed it Friday evening and it’s ready to use the next morning. Been baking a loaf every Sunday morning.

These came with packaging being ripped. Also was expired. Such a bad experience an to much money for expired flour. Very disappointed. The flour packages went right in the trash unfortunately.

this product looks great on the outside but has a really strange smell inside..I can’t tell if it’s coming from the paper bag that it’s in or the flour itself..but I think the people making it should be made aware. it’s like a weird perfume smell..I thought maybe it would go away if I baked a loaf of bread with it but the loaf now smells funny too…I will probably have to throw it away because I don’t know what’s causing the smell.

Good quality, I baked cakes with taste great with my sourdough discard, could be a little cheaper, but happy it came quick which was what I needed.

Was delivered on time, good quality,I am happy and valued for money
