Great dense blocks. I bought them to cut up and make a custom molding for a storage solution but these are great exercise blocks. The sturdiest foam I have found.

Bought these to practice for the physical fitness test for the US Coast guard. The height fits reg standards for depth of pushups. I throw this in my bag and pull it out when I have to do pushups. I hate it thoroughly, so it works great.
